Clifford Joseph Harris Jr. B.K.A. T.I. or T.I.P. was offered an 15 year plea agreement by prosecuting attorney, David E. Nahmias. Now, the mandatory minimum prison term for possession of a silencer is 10 years, and the extra 5 years is added to the prison term for TIP's long criminal history.
